your responsibilities

Your primary duties will include installing new machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, providing internal support to clients, and offering guidance and instruction. Following comprehensive training, you'll independently service, install, and commission BILWINCO weighing and packaging systems in the UK and Ireland markets. Direct interaction with clients underscores the importance of possessing exceptional service-oriented, motivational, and communication skills. Proficiency in professional client interaction is non-negotiable. Projects or service visits typically range from one day to several weeks, occasionally extending to longer durations. During periods without service/installation tasks, you'll work remotely, supporting clients and preparing for upcoming assignments.

  • Ideally, 2-4 years of experience as a service technician handling machines and control systems
  • Residing centrally within the Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham corridor
  • Methodical approach to work with a strong sense of completion
  • Ability to multitask effectively, with a high tolerance for stress
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Adept at providing valuable insights to colleagues
