Heavy-duty and high performance weighing of extra-heavy and long items
BILWINCO will display the BW210H multihead weigher. The most sturdily built machine on the market. It is developed for handling especially heavy and long products. The performance is unique and the output capacity is second to none. The weigher is strong and sturdy enough to weigh bolts, nuts, or other objects with a piece weight of more than 500 g and lengths up to 180 mm – with an output of 200-300 kg per minute. BILWINCO multihead weighers are the only weighers on the market developed and designed to deliver heavy-duty performance at a high speed.

Low cost multihead weigher – high capacity and unrivalled accuracy
BILWINCO will also exhibit the multihead scale BW010H - a 10 head weigher designed for weighing/counting and packing of smaller portions of fasteners and other hardware products with lengths up to 100 mm. It is a low cost entry model with a capacity equivalent to two or three linear weighers, and with the superior accuracy, flexibility and easy operation of the multihead weigher.

Short runs – easy changeover
The primary advantages of BILWINCO's multihead weighers are the high-speed performance and unparalleled accuracy combined with a very short changeover time to new products and/or packagings. Therefore they are especially well suited for production with many short series and consequently many changeovers.
