Whole-chain traceability With BILWINCO WeightLog® you can trace a raw product all the way through the production process to the end of the chain. You can collect production data and information, carry out data processing and create statistics on the production process providing the required traceability data. Defective products can be traced back to the original batch allowing you to pick out and discard the defective batch rather than having to discard the entire stock (which would be the alternative in case of insufficient data collection for tracing).
Up to 4 connected weighers With the BILWINCO WeightLog® program you can connect up to four weighers to the same PC and collect data concerning batch number, product number and individual weighing results. With these data, each and every step of the production chain can be isolated for further data processing.
Processing data on demand BILWINCO WeightLog® provides several opportunities for data processing: capacity, tolerance and distribution can be presented graphically and exported to MS Excel for optional sorting and presentation. Production reports can be prepared for print-out or presentation in a web browser. Furthermore, it is possible to establish connection between the production equipment and the company ERP system in order to collect data directly to the ERP system.
