Central control – local reach BILWINCO offers personalized service where and when needed. Our systems are designed so that most service jobs can be handled on-line. However, for prompt on-site service we have built up an extensive service network – the most extensive in the business. We have local service centres in countries such as Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Britain, France as well as parts of the USA and Australia. Other countries are serviced either by the nearest local service centre or directly from our head office in Denmark where 10 additional service engineers are at your service. BILWINCO service is controlled and developed centrally but administered locally for your convenience.
Service contracts for maximum utilisation and capacity Preventive maintenance is cheaper and more effective than acute repair, and a customized BILWINCO service contract is the optimum way to ensure that your equipment is serviced regularly and correctly from year to year.
