Within our normal opening hours you will always be able to call and get help and assistance from a skilled technician. This service is free of charge. Please call the BILWINCO head office or your local BILWINCO service centre within normal opening hours.

Monday till Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
Friday:08:00 - 15:30

When you call our service hotline, you will be connected to an English-speaking BILWINCO technician. The hotline support involves a fee: You will receive an invoice for EUR 100 for using our telephone hotline support.
