BILWINCO mobile solution

With a mobile weighing system, the producer gains a unique production flexibility. The multihead weigher can be moved from one processing line to another. The weigher can be completely removed from the line in order to clean the weigher and the packaging equipment separately. The mobile infeed system can also be lowered and wheeled away from the line.

BILWINCO filling tool for preformed trays

The BILWINCO filling tool has been developed for automatic filling of weighed portions into cups, trays and ready meal plates. The tool can be integrated with all types of tray sealers and is operated from the BILWINCO multihead weigher.

BILWINCO filling tool for thermo-formed trays

The BILWINCO filling and distribution tool has been developed for automatic filling and distribution of weighed portions into thermo-formed cups. The tool can be integrated with all types of thermo-forming machines and is operated from the BILWINCO multihead weigher.

BILWINCO weighing & bagging line - low built-in height

The solution has been supplied to a Norwegian customer for the weighing and packaging of meat products in bags. It consists of a BILWINCO multihead weigher, type BW200. A conveyor band transports the product to the weigher. The weighed our portions are fed to the bagging machine by means of an indexed conveyor in order to keep the height of the solution as low as possible.

One multihead weigher serves two packaging machines

The BILWINCO multihead weigher can be placed above two different packaging machines according to need. The weighing system is moved between the two packaging machines by means of rails.

Mobile filling tool for flexiblity

The mobile BILWINCO filling tooling can be moved away from the packaging line for cleaning and/or for another application.
