BILWINCO offers a complete series of tray dispensing systems for the delivery of trays to a weighing/packing plant. These are highly efficient dispensing systems which are easily integrated into weighing/packing lines, and individually tailored to specific production conditions and needs.
BILWINCO tray dispensers are manufactured from stainless steel and handle all types of trays irrespective of their form and material. They are easy to clean and operate and especially easy to service because of their few movable parts.

Tray sizes: Standard: from 100 x 100 mm to 280 x 280 mm
Changeover: No tools required. Max. 1 minute.
The series consists of three different dispensing solutions:
A. BILWINCO dispensing cassette
The dispensing cassette may be integrated into any packaging equipment used by the food manufacturer. The dispenser is filled with trays manually. The cassette can hold 50-200 trays depending on tray type.
B. BILWINCO rack
The dispensing cassette is placed on a stand with air valve, water separator and controls. The stand is easily positioned over a conveyor belt at any height. The unit is controlled by an external signal or sensor. The dispenser is filled manually (the cassette can hold 50-150 trays, depending on tray type).
C. BILWINCO automatic buffer
The dispensing cassette is placed on an automatic buffer for automatic tray filling. This system comprises air valve, water separator and PLC. The automatic buffer system is easily placed over a conveyor belt. The unit is controlled by an external signal, sensor or internal PLC. The buffer may have 400-2000 trays depending on tray type and buffer length.
