BILWINCO’s range in transport and feeding systems includes all requirements from storage hoppers to conveyors, and transfer vibrators.
Storage hoppers
BILWINCO’s vibratory storage hoppers are designed for automatic feeding of hardware products into a BILWINCO weighing machine. They are built in a heavy-duty construction with rubber lining to resist the constant wear of heavy and sharp products. The storage hoppers are fully synchronised with and controlled from the BILWINCO weighing machine. Our range of storage hoppers holds up to 2,000 kg.
Conveyors
BILWINCO has a wide range of conveyors for efficient transport of product from the floor level to the weighing machine. The conveyors can be supplied with magnetic band or as cleated belt and have outlet heights up to 5500 mm.
Each conveyor solution we provide is customized to individual needs.
Transfer vibrators
The transfer vibrators provide a uniform product feed from the storage hopper to the weighing machine. They are rubber lined and have a heavy-duty construction.
