The BILWINCO touch screen control panel (HMI) ensures an easy and safe operation of the BILWINCO multihead weigher.
1. An extra large 15" touch screen, 1024 x 768 resolution, with a clear menu structure and easily-legible operator texts ensures simple control of all operator-related functions.
2. Expansion of standard product database to contain up to several thousand product numbers.
3. A list of production statistics can be displayed directly on-screen or transferred via USB port to externally-connected equipment, e.g. quickly and simply using an USB memory stick.
4. Easy access to lists of latest operator messages. Lists state code and times for messages, which are saved in a log list for production optimisation.
5. The control panel is encapsulated in a solid, stainless and completely dustproof steel frame in IP65. Screen and steel frame feature smooth, rounded surfaces to make dusting and cleaning easy.
6. A webcam can be connected as an option. The webcam can be mounted on a fixed or adjustable arm over or by the scale, with a built-in zoom function, controlled from the touch screen. Using the webcam, the operator can follow product flow visually on the scale from the workstation at floor level.
