The BILWINCO touch screen control panel (HMI) ensures an easy and safe operation of the BILWINCO multihead weigher.
Clear menu system
15” display with a clear menu system. Easily read and significant texts give the operator easy access to start, stop and adjustment of the weigher.
Statistical data
Statistical data can be seen and uploaded via USB connection regarding: - Actual performance graphs to help optimizing. - Historical performance and production data.
- Historical log of error messages makes it possible to determine time and reasons for errors.
Cleaning-friendliness and top hygiene
The control panel is cased in a stainless steel frame with sealing class IP65. It is adapted for wet environments with frequent cleaning.
Cleaning-friendliness: Touch sensitive surface. No physical buttons - buttons are integrated in the graphics. Only a few seams and edges. All for top hygiene.
Web camera
A web camera can be connected with a view of the top of the machine. The operator can zoom in for better view of critical areas.
