COMMISSIONING – quick and professional
BILWINCO Service provides a commissioning service, which ensures fast and easy introduction of new equipment. Our service includes installation, configuration, start-up, operator training, and follow-up according to your specific needs.
SERVICE AGREEMENTS –optimum up-time, optimum capacity
A customized BILWINCO service contract is the optimum way to organize the preventive maintenance of your equipment. We check your equipment, carry out adjustments and repairs if required, provide advice on optimization, and issue a condition report. The report provides you with a breakdown insurance: should a breakdown occur we will tackle the problem quickly – and at our expense.
SPARE PARTS – 95% day-to-day delivery
BILWINCO Service offers a worldwide quick supply of spare parts and a minimum 10-year post-supply guarantee. Your local service centre keeps a stock of vital parts for immediate delivery; other parts are shipped from our central stock, 95% of which are supplied on a day-to-day basis.
HOTLINE SERVICE – at your convenience
Human error or inadequate training are the most common causes of operating problems – problems that in most cases can be solved by one of our experienced service engineers providing advice over the phone. BILWINCO Service provides a customer-specific hotline service through which your staff can obtain technical advice and guidance in accordance with your production needs. FIELD SERVICE – rarely needed, promptly supplied
BILWINCO systems are designed to facilitate remote troubleshooting in order to minimize the need for acute field service. In the rare event that a service engineer is required on-site we guarantee prompt response. Field service is also an option if you want professional repairs and preventive maintenance carried out on an ad hoc basis.
OPERATOR TRAINING – new personnel, new training
Operator training is part of our commissioning service, but whenever you change operators or update your equipment a new training need arises. To meet these needs we provide supplementary training customized to the qualifications of the new operator or the new equipment. The training takes place at your premises and can be supplemented further by advanced training here at BILWINCO. The new skills acquired are documented in a course certificate.
