Based on our heavy-duty concept, we have developed a range of multihead weighers for the handling of especially heavy products.
The weighers are strong and sturdy enough to weigh bolts, nuts, or other objects with a piece weight of more than 500 g – and they are fast enough to ensure outputs of 200-300 kg per minute. BILWINCO multihead weighers are the only weighers on the market developed and designed to deliver heavy-duty performance at a high speed.
Proven performance at Wolters GmbH Germany Our extra heavy-duty systems are well-documented and well-proven. We have supplied several systems to suppliers all over the world including Wolters Wolters GmbH in Germany, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of nuts. At Wolthers GmbH, a BILWINCO BW214H weighs and packs nuts with a piece weight of 590 g (M42). The same weigher also handles M5 nuts with a piece weight of 1 g.
