| | | | Fill magnetic products faster | | BILWINCO introduces 4PU – a new world-class paralleling unit, which will enable manufacturers of magnetic products to increase filling speed with up to 30-35 portions per minute.
Upgrade from three to four boxes per drop
BILWINCO has a wide range of paralleling units (PU) that automatically orient/parallel products to reduce volume in the filling process. The PUs cover a wide weight and capacity range, and all models are designed for heavy-duty applications. Latest addition to the BILWINCO line is the new PU4s, with which you can upgrade your filling process from three to four boxes at a time, and consequently obtain a considerable capacity increase.
30-35 portions pr. min. – new world record
Due to its design and control unit, the 4PU is the fastest and most powerful paralleling unit on the market. The 4PU handles product lengths of up to 100 mm at a speed of 30-35 portions per minute. The new PU is furthermore equipped with a very strong and uniform magnetic field, which results in an entirely unique performance – thus ensuring the best and fastest filling of oriented magnetic products available on the global fastener market today.
For optimum filling and production flexibility
After parallelising, the products are totally demagnetised. The filling station has a vibrator function, ensuring the best possible filling level. The new 4PUs can be adjusted manually or automatically to fit boxes of different sizes, and you can choose single, double, triple or quadruple filling depending on the specific batch capacity requirements.
Efficiency proven in practise
Two 4PU paralleling units have already been supplied in connection with our BILWINCO multihead weigher system. One of the units supplied parallels screws of up to 70 cm in portions of 100 pieces, the other parallels nails with lengths of up to 100 mm in portions of 100 pieces. In both cases, the PU handles up to 35 portions per minute. | | | |
