Normally the BILWINCO lines run without problems and without any need for inspection. However, during service visits our service technicians often see that the BILWINCO solution is not utilized to its maximum. The reasons can be: | | | • New operators who are not trained in adjusting the weighing and packaging line.
• The line is running with new products, but is not adjusted for these products.
• Insufficient maintenance.
Therefore we would like to offer you and your company that one of our experienced service technicians pays you a visit with a view to observe and analyse the performance of your BILWINCO line. The visit and the analysis are free of charge whereas the agreed changes and improvements will be invoiced according to our offer.
During the visit we will prepare a state report which we will go through together with you. We will suggest how you may possibly increase capacity and/or accuracy. Furthermore we develop our products constantly so, if necessary, we can make an upgrading of your equipment. Among other things we can offer: • New powerful vibrator bases in order to increase the vibrator amplitude considerably. This is very advantageous if your products are sticky or if you run other products which need a high amplitude in order to be moved.
• A new control unit ensures that your equipment is future-orientated. The control unit facilitates transfer of production data to your ERP system.
The visit is free of charge for you – and can be very profitable.
