According to need, the multihead weigher can be moved from one processing line to another meeting all the producer’s requirements no matter which processing line is running. Furthermore change-over to another product and packaging is done very quickly and easily, and therefore the mobile system is ideal for small production batches. The multihead weigher is mounted on a support frame with wheels and has a lifting/lowering device, which ensures that the height of the weigher can be adjusted to different packages and packaging machines. The filling equipment which integrates the weigher with the packaging equipment is supplied with a separate trolley which makes it easy to mount the filling tool or remove it from the line.
Movable units – easy and efficient cleaning
A weighing and packaging system consisting of mobile units is far more cleaning friendly than a stationary system. The weigher can be removed completely from the packaging line so that weigher and packaging machine can be cleaned separately. The weigher can be lowered to floor level so the cleaning can be done more efficiently. The mobile feeding system can also be lowered and wheeled away together with the weigher for cleaning. The sealing class is IP67 and therefore all components in a BILWINCO system tolerate high pressure hosing.
Maximum utilization of the equipment
The mobile weighing and packaging system can be utilized on several processing lines according to need. In this way the investment is utilized to its maximum, and in stead of investing in a packaging system for each production line it may be enough to buy one system to cover the entire weighing and packaging need.
