Paralleling units
The PU electromagnetic Paralleling Units are designed for automatic, oriented filling of products into boxes from a BILWINCO weighing machine.
Products are oriented by electromagnetic fields into the boxes to reduce volume. The systems include efficient demagnetising.

Conveyor systems
The BILWINCO filling units are designed for automatic filling of products into carton and/or plastic boxes from a BILWINCO weighing machine, and are fully synchronised with the weighing machine.
Boxes can be presented and taken off the conveyor manually. Synchronization with automatic box erecting and closing machines is also possible.
The filling units can be supplied with an automatic change of chute system for easy and quick changeover.

Product detector
We provide product detector systems that are designed to eject boxes with product sticking out above box edge.
Using a product detector gives you two advantages: You eliminate manual sorting and protect the carton closer from damage.
