BILWINCO’s programme of fillings tools for preformed trays includes solutions for intermittent operation with a stationary filling tool during filling and solutions for continuous operation with a reciprocating filling tool. In each individual case, the filling system is customised to the product, the package and the packaging machine as well as the specific capacity requirements.

Filling tools for toppings/pizzas/pies
BILWINCO’s topping spreading system solves the even spreading problem entirely and at the same time ensures high accuracy and high speed processing. Capacity is up to 90 portions per minute.
Continuous Filling Machine (CFM) for cans, jars, etc.
The BILWINCO CFM system is designed for automatic filling of different food products into cans, jars, cups, etc.
When combined with a BILWINCO weigher you get a high-speed filling system ideal for processes with high capacity requirements.
The BILWINCO CFM is available with 12 or 16 filling positions, according to individual capacity requirements.

Linear Filling Machine (LFM) for cans, jars, etc.
The BILWINCO LFM is a small, compact filling unit for weighing and packing processes with more restricted capacity requirements. The equipment is combined with a BILWINCO weighing system and is designed for the filling of different jar sizes.
Capacity: Up to 90 portions/minute in two lanes.

Diameter of packaging: Up to Ø150 mm.
